Dr. Clifford’s office offers many different payment options.

Insurance:  Our office understands the value of dental insurance benefits to our patients and we gladly accept assignment of benefits. We will do our best to estimate your portion with the information provided to us by your dental insurance carrier. This portion is due at the time treatment is provided. Any remaining balance is the patient’s direct responsibility. This includes non-covered services, yearly deductibles, co-payments particular to your insurance plan and any insurance balance not paid within 90 days.

We accept most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), debit cards, cash and checks.

We have an outside lending institution available to our patients. Payment plans range from 18-60 months with fixed rates between 5.9% and 12.9 % depending on the term selected. There are also 0% interest plans up to 12 months. No initial payment is required and pre-payment can be made at any time without penalty. For treatment plans exceeding $300.00 our office extends a 10% courtesy discount for prepayment with cash or check and a 8% courtesy discount for prepayment with credit or debit card. This savings program cannot be used in conjunction with insurance benefits.
