Dr. Palmer has been practicing dentistry in Mesa, Arizona, since July of 2019. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and later went on to graduate from Temple Dental School in 2010.
Dr. Palmer completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program with the Air Force after dental school, during which he was trained by two restorative dentists, two periodontists, two prosthodontists, one endodontist, one oral surgeon and one orthodontist one-on-one for a year and learned more advanced procedures to take care of patients. Additionally, Dr. Palmer continues his education by completing at least 72 hours of additional training every three years.
Dr. Palmer is a member of the American Dental Association® and completed a humanitarian dental mission in Peru.
Dr. Palmer has been married to his beautiful wife since 2001, and together they have seven wonderful and rambunctious children (one girl and six boys). He is very active in church service as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served a two-year, religious, Mandarin Chinese-speaking mission in Sydney, Australia, where he taught the gospel of Jesus Christ to the Mandarin Chinese community there.
When not in the office, Dr. Palmer loves spending time with his family playing games, camping, fishing, hiking, and traveling.
